We took over a small plaster painting store, named Plaster, Paint & Party in September 2000. Our store was originally located in a small warehouse in Gaithersburg, Maryland. As our business and reputation for great service grew, we knew that we needed a bigger & better location along with more choices for our customers. So the Amazing Art Studio came into existence in November 2003 and we added paint your own pottery, glass fusing and mosaics to our amazing selections. We then moved to our current location in the Washingtonian Center in 2008. The staff here at our art studio is here to help, not like the typical do it yourself store. Here, we set up your supplies and help guide you through the glass, mosaic or painting process. So whether this is your 1st or 100th visit- we're always available to help with ideas, tips & tricks on how to make your artwork amazing.
